3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately upon detection, with or without notice:

• Defamation: False statements that damage the reputation of an identifiable person
• Doxxing: Posting someone's real name, address, phone number, workplace, or other identifying information without consent
• Threats: Threats of violence, harm, or illegal acts against any person or group
• Blackmail/Extortion: Demands for payment in exchange for not exposing information
• Non-Consensual Intimate Content: Nude or sexual images posted without the subject's consent (illegal in 48 states)
• Child Safety: Any content involving minors in a sexual or exploitative context (mandatory NCMEC report)
• Spam/Scams: Promotional content for illegal services, phishing links, or fraudulent schemes

Personally identifiable information (phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers, credit card numbers, street addresses) is automatically detected and redacted from all submissions.

4. Content Ownership & License

You retain no ownership rights to content posted anonymously. By submitting content, you grant v3n7.us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on the platform.

5. User Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless v3n7.us,its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Content you submit to the platform
• Your violation of these Terms of Use
• Your violation of any law or third-party right
• Any defamatory, infringing, or unlawful content you post

v3n7.us reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification. You agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims.

6. Content Moderation & Automated Filtering

v3n7.us uses automated systems to detect and filter prohibited content:

• Spam filter: Submissions matching known spam patterns are rejected
• Legal risk detection: Content matching defamation, threat, blackmail, or doxxing patterns is automatically hidden
• PII redaction: Phone numbers, emails, SSNs, addresses, and credit card numbers are automatically redacted
• User flags: Content flagged by users is auto-hidden based on weighted reputation scoring
• Takedown requests: Content subject to a takedown request is hidden immediately pending review

We do not guarantee that all prohibited content will be detected by our automated systems. If you find prohibited content, please submit a takedown request at /report.

7. Evidence Preservation

For content involving threats of violence, blackmail/extortion, non-consensual intimate content, or child safety concerns, v3n7.us may preserve evidence even after hiding it from public view. This evidence may be retained for law enforcement purposes and may be disclosed pursuant to a valid legal request or mandatory reporting obligation (e.g., NCMEC CyberTipline reports under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A).

8. Limitation of Liability

v3n7.us is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under 47 U.S.C. § 230 (Section 230 of the CDA), v3n7.us is not liable for content posted by users. We are an interactive computer service provider, not a publisher of user-generated content. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service or from content posted by users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, v3n7.us shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

9. DMCA / Copyright Takedowns

To submit a DMCA takedown notice, use our report pageand select "Copyright Infringement." Include the URL of the infringing content and your electronic signature. We will respond to valid DMCA notices promptly, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512.

10. Privacy & Data Retention

v3n7.us does not require registration. We use anonymous session cookies to maintain your session. We collect IP addresses for moderation and rate-limiting purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
